Classic Package		Services for which AXA Assistance is financially responsible		Pull out|Winch service throughout North America*, if you have not already used the 4 services stipulated in your annual package deal.
		Services for which you are financially responsible		Pull out|Winch service if you have already used the 4 services stipulated in your annual package deal (preferential rates are available**). The intervention of a second service vehicle if the pull out|winch service requires a second service vehicle.
À la carte Package		Services for which AXA Assistance is financially responsible		Pull out|Winch service provided that you have not already used all the services stipulated in your annual package deal and you are located within the coverage zone stipulated in your package deal.
		Services for which you are financially responsible		Pull out|Winch service if you have already used the four annual services stipulated in your annual package deal and you are located outside the coverage zone stipulated in your package deal (preferential rates are available**). The intervention of a second service vehicle if the pull out|winch service requires a second service vehicle.

Services excluded:

• Negligence (you attempted to drive through or over a snow bank or you have not removed, sufficiently, any snow accumulation).
• Your vehicle has been involved in an accident.
• Snow removal to access your vehicle.
• Pull out/winch on roads where the service vehicle could become stuck as well.
