• If you have a flat tire, one of our service providers will put your spare tire on if it is in good condition.

  • If your spare tire is not in a good enough condition to be used, we will tow your vehicle to a garage where a suitable tire for your vehicle is available.

    • Tire change service or towing service throughout North America* if you have not already used the 4 services included in your annual package deal.
    • For the towing service, you will be covered if you choose to have your vehicle towed to the nearest garage.
    Services for which you are financially responsible
    • Tire change or towing service if you have already used the 4 services included in your annual package deal (preferential rates available**).
    • Distance exceeding the towing mileage limit stipulated in your package deal (5 km from the place where the breakdown of your vehicle occurred) if you have chosen a different destination from the garage suggested to you by our service provider.
    • Buying and installing your new tire, if necessary.

    Package
    Services for which AXA Assistance is financially responsible
    • Tire change or towing service if you have not already used all the services included in your annual package deal and you are located within the coverage zone stipulated in your package deal.
    • For the towing service you will be covered according to the coverage limit stipulated in your particular package deal
    Services for which you are financially responsible
    • Tire change service or towing service if you have already used the services included in your annual package deal and/or you are located outside the coverage zone stipulated in your package deal (preferential rates available**).
    • Distance exceeding the towing mileage coverage limit stipulated in your package deal if you have chosen a different destination from the garage suggested to you by our service provider.
    • Buying and installing your new tire, if necessary.
