If your package deal includes one or many legal service calls and you have not used all of your services, you can contact our lawyers directly at 1-866-708-3646. You can also ask your question online using your personal space entitled My Vengo. A lawyer will call you back as soon as possible according to your availability and hours of operation.
If your package deal does not include legal assistance or if you have used all of the service calls included in the conditions of your package deal, the service call will cost $34.95* plus tax and the bill will be sent to your residence. If you prefer, you may pay by credit card by contacting us at 1-866-708-3646 or you can pay online using your personal space entitled My Vengo, and click on the Legal Assistance section.
The calls that we receive are treated in chronological order. If we cannot reach you the same day the call is received, we will contact you at the beginning of the next business day. If you pay for the service by credit card online on our website, we will contact you in chronological order of reception of calls or, if possible, at the time that you indicated on the online form that you must fill out on your personal space entitled My Vengo. If it is not possible for us to contact you the same day, we will contact you at the beginning of the next business day.

In order to guarantee complete confidentiality, your conversations with our lawyers are never recorded and the subject matter can never be disclosed to a third party.
To be sure that you don’t loose any information that the lawyers give, we recommend that you take notes during your phone conversation. The phone conversations you have with the lawyers have no time limit.

- If our lawyers are not able to respond adequately to your question, notably when your situation is too complex to be addressed over the phone, your situation deals with an excluded legal domain, or your situation needs interpretation of documents, we will offer you a complete reimbursement of fees that you paid. If you have chosen the Classic or À la carte package deal and your legal assistance calls have not already been used, we will not deduct the call from your account.
- Please note that if your case is urgent, we will advise you to contact, directly, a lawyer in private practice so that your situation may be dealt with as soon as possible. We suggest that you consult the Québec bar’s website and carry out a search in the member directory.
- Our lawyers’ role is to inform you in the event that you need to undertake legal proceedings, obtain legal information, or if you need help drafting legal documents ( for example, a motion to introduce procedures, drafting of a default letter). They can also give you advice about consulting a private practice lawyer.
